After implementing the tactics that make sense, she follows up with relentless execution. Her motto: If there’s a wall, knock it down. If there’s a new and better way to get it done, use it. Stineman has worked with a number of notable companies and organizations, including AT&T Inc., Microsoft Corp. and General Motors Co., and has been involved with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s “Strong American Schools” initiative, the ONE Campaign, the American Medical Association’s “Voice for the Uninsured” campaign, Wal-Mart Stores Inc. public relations and Iowans for Wellness & Prevention.
She was also the social media director for the Pickens Plan, a national, award-winning campaign for energy independence through use of domestic renewable-energy sources founded by T. Boone Pickens.
Stineman is founder of Tribe Effect LLC, a social media and strategic communications firm in West Des Moines. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Des Moines A.M., the Greater Des Moines Partnership and the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers her time to Autism Speaks, the Hy-Vee Triathlon charity event, Generation Rescue and Lutheran Church of Hope. She resides with her husband and two young children in West Des Moines.
