Jeff Garrison is an implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and is the founder of EOS Iowa and Sales Habitudes LLC. Jeff works with leadership teams at entrepreneurial organizations to create an audacious, meaningful vision and to gain the traction and control necessary to execute on that vision.
For nearly a decade prior to founding Sales Habitudes and subsequently EOS Iowa, Jeff owned and operated the Garrison Organization, an executive search and consulting firm serving the property and casualty insurance industry nationwide. He was also a nationally recognized expert and speaker in that industry. He received instruction and mentoring from some of the nation's top sales and management trainers in the search industry.
After selling the Garrison Organization, Jeff wanted to share his knowledge and system for business development and sales in the 21st century with other business owners and sales professionals. His mission is to help spare others the long and perilous journey of trial and error that he went through. Thus, in 2009, the Garrison Organization Playbook was turned into the Sales Habitudes curriculum.
Along the way, Jeff has discovered that oftentimes the struggle with business development is a symptom of a greater issue, the lack of a business operating system. To help businesses install a management system, Jeff has added to Sales Habitudes the Entrepreneurial Operating System, created by EOS Worldwide.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Jeff spent six years in operations management with GuideOne Insurance Co. in its Seattle, Denver, and West Des Moines offices. He received a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Knox College and a law degree from Drake University Law School.
He is also a Certified Personnel Consultant.
